Military Disability Navigator™ is operated by Military Disability Navigator LLC. By using the Founding Public Beta, you agree to use MDN as an educational navigation and organization product—not as a substitute for an official decision or individualized professional representation.
Independent product
MDN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, any military department, healthcare provider, law firm, or other government agency.
No professional or government relationship
Use of MDN does not create an attorney-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, Veterans Service Organization, accredited claims-representative, PEBLO, or government relationship.
Educational purpose
MDN organizes published information, separates interacting systems, identifies questions and missing facts, performs educational calculations, and routes users to official resources or qualified professionals. MDN does not make medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, fitness findings, nexus opinions, disability-rating guarantees, legal determinations, or government eligibility decisions.
VA claims boundary
The current public beta does not charge users to prepare, present, or prosecute VA benefit claims and does not act as a VA-accredited representative. Users seeking individualized claim representation should use a VA-accredited VSO representative, attorney, or claims agent.
Official information controls
Actual orders, notices, decision letters, deadlines, medical records, military findings, governing law and regulations, agency guidance, and advice from qualified professionals control over MDN. Do not miss a deadline, delay medical care, or ignore an official notice because of information displayed by MDN.
Beta status and coverage
MDN is under active public-beta development. Coverage, source depth, calculators, pathways, browser compatibility, and accessibility may be incomplete or uneven. MDN preserves uncertainty where practical instead of silently filling gaps, but errors and omissions can still occur.
Privacy and user responsibility
Do not enter sensitive identifiers or upload records where MDN does not request them. You are responsible for copies you print, save, screenshot, export, or share. Review the current Privacy Notice before using interactive tools.
Safety
Do not use MDN for emergencies, crisis diagnosis, or urgent medical triage. Time-sensitive benefit, legal, military, housing, financial, or health matters should be handled through the responsible official source or qualified professional. Review the Safety page.
Age
The guided private tools are intended for adults age 18 or older.
No guarantee
MDN does not guarantee any benefit, rating, military disposition, claim result, effective date, payment amount, approval, or timeline. Calculator outputs and pathway recommendations are educational estimates or navigation aids.
Product content and official sources
MDN's original product design, software, organization, explanatory text, and branding may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and contractual rights. Government publications, statutes, regulations, agency materials, and third-party resources remain subject to their own ownership and terms. Links to an official source do not imply endorsement of MDN.
Availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed during public beta. Material changes to data practices, paid services, or user obligations should be accompanied by updated notices before those changes take effect.

MDN's privacy, VA-accreditation/UPL, security, accessibility, clinical-safety, service-specific, and paid-product legal reviews remain ongoing. These Terms do not represent those external reviews as completed.
